Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Director, Marketing Transformation & PMO to lead the program management function for a fast-scaling marketing org. You will own the integrated campaigns function and build the operating infrastructure that enables consistent delivery across teams, regions, and segments.

You will stand up a marketing PMO, establish Centers of Excellence, own the OKR framework, and drive AI adoption while aligning strategy to execution and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Seasoned PMO leader in a marketing or GTM org.
• Experience building Centers of Excellence.
• Knowledge of AI adoption in marketing.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the marketing PMO with intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery tracking.
• Own the Asana system of record for programs and ensure org-wide adoption.
• Manage cross-functional programs end-to-end; surface risks and timelines.
• Design and own the marketing OKR framework and alignment to work.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives and Centers of Excellence.
• Ensure integrated campaigns follow PMO standards and trace to OKRs.
