Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Senior Manager, AI & Transformation to guide AI-driven systems across Global Marketing Operations, marrying data science with MarTech to target accounts and engage them effectively. You’ll lead a small team, set governance, and ship production models while partnering with adjacent MOps workstreams.

You’ll drive strategy for accelerating AI adoption, enable others through training and playbooks, and ensure responsible, impactful AI across campaigns and data operations.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in marketing operations, revenue ops, or applied data science with AI/automation initiatives.
• Experience leading predictive modeling or AI/automation programs.
• Prior people management experience or readiness to lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI use case strategy and roadmap for Marketing Operations.
• Define scoring architecture for predictive contact and lead scoring with cross-team input.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Evaluate new generative AI capabilities and pilot them in MOps.
• Establish AI governance and data quality measures.
• Drive change management, enablement, and adoption of automated workflows.
