NinjaOne is seeking a Director, Marketing Transformation & PMO to lead the marketing PMO and integrated campaigns, building global standards and an operating model that aligns strategies to execution. The role focuses on delivery, establishing centers of excellence, and driving AI-enabled transformation across regions and segments.

Qualifications

• Seasoned PMO and program management leader within marketing.
• Experience building operating cadences, standards, and Centers of Excellence.
• Strong ability to design and implement OKR frameworks.
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the marketing PMO — standardize intake, prioritization, planning, resourcing, and delivery-tracking across teams, regions, and segments.
• Own the marketing Asana practice as the system of record for programs and projects; set conventions and ensure adoption org-wide.
• Manage cross-functional programs end to end, surface dependencies, risks, and timelines, and drive resolution before impact.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility to marketing leadership on status, health, and progress of major initiatives.
• Apply PMO frameworks, agile methodologies, and RACI models to structure how marketing plans, resources, and tracks work.
