Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Director of Marketing Transformation & PMO to build and lead a new marketing PMO, establish global standards, and own the integrated campaigns function. You will drive OKR alignment, AI transformation, and Centers of Excellence across regions and segments to ensure repeatable, high-quality execution.

The role collaborates with senior Marketing leaders to create a disciplined operating model, deliver on strategic initiatives, and report progress with a focus on speed,

Qualifications

• Seasoned program/project management leader within a marketing, revenue, or GTM organization.
• Proven track record building PMO discipline and operating cadences in environments lacking them.
• Hands-on expertise with project management tooling (e.g., Asana); strong on process design and standardization.
• Deep knowledge of PMO frameworks, sprint/agile project management methodologies, and RACI-based accountability models.
• Experience leading transformation, automation, or AI-adoption initiatives strongly preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management; credible with senior leaders and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the marketing PMO with intake, prioritization, planning, resourcing, and delivery-tracking standards across marketing teams, regions, and segments.
• Own the marketing Asana practice as the system of record for programs and projects; set conventions and drive org-wide adoption.
• Manage cross-functional programs end to end, surface dependencies, risks, and timelines; resolve conflicts before impact.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility to marketing leadership on status, health, and progress of major initiatives.
• Design, stand up, and own the marketing OKR framework; connect org-level OKRs to PMO projects and initiatives.
• Design and drive planning cadences, QBRs, and reporting aligning execution to outcomes.
