NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Manager, AI & Transformation to lead the design, deployment, and adoption of AI-driven systems across Global Marketing Operations. • Define AI use case strategy and roadmap for Marketing Operations (MOps).
• Lead change management, enablement, and adoption of AI-driven workflows with training and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Technology Strategy to assess capabilities, build/buy/usage governance, and drive shadow AI decisions.
• Establish AI governance and data quality measures across MOps projects.
• Collaborate with Data & AI teams to translate model outputs into scalable workflows for Sales & Marketing.
