Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Manager, AI & Transformation to design, deploy, and drive adoption of AI-driven systems across Global Marketing Operations. You will lead a small team and own AI strategy, governance, and enablement programs to ensure responsible AI adoption while partnering with Data & AI, Campaign & Data Operations, and Technology Strategy teams.

The role reports to Marketing Operations leadership and is hybrid in the USA, with flexible remote options for select states.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or applied data science.
• 2+ years leading predictive modeling or AI/automation initiatives.
• Hands-on fluency with Salesforce.com and a marketing automation platform.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI use case strategy and roadmap for Marketing Operations.
• Define scoring architecture for predictive contact and lead scoring.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Evaluate emerging generative AI capabilities and pilot before rollout.
• Establish AI governance and data quality measures.
• Champion change management and enablement for AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Technology Strategy to assess AI capabilities in the stack.
