Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Director, Marketing Transformation & PMO to build and lead the marketing PMO, establish global standards, and own transformation initiatives across regions and segments. You will translate strategy into repeatable, well-managed programs and lead the integrated campaigns function through a disciplined operating model.

The role focuses on delivery, AI adoption, OKR alignment, and performance reporting, with Centers of Excellence building across Corporate Events, Channel

Qualifications

• Seasoned program/project management leader with PMO discipline and operating cadences.
• Experience designing and implementing intake, prioritization, planning, resourcing, and delivery-tracking standards.
• Strong track record delivering cross-functional programs in a marketing or GTM environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the marketing PMO with standardized intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery-tracking across regions and segments.
• Own the Asana practice as the system of record for programs and projects; set conventions and drive adoption.
• Manage end-to-end cross-functional programs, surface dependencies and risks, and drive timely resolution.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility to marketing leadership on status, health, and progress of major initiatives.
• Apply PMO frameworks, agile methodologies, and RACI models to structure work.
