Job summary

Lumen is leading AI-ready connectivity and enterprise transformation. We seek a Director of HR Solutions to partner with senior leaders, shape people strategies, and drive change across a national remote workforce.

You will design organizational capability, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure adoption of new operating models with a focus on workforce readiness and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in org design and transformation.
• 4+ years of direct or matrixed leadership experience.
• Experience assessing the people implications of transformation including redesign, workforce planning, and change adoption.
• Deep expertise in organizational design and effectiveness, governance, and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of generative AI and its impact on workforce design and operating models.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions across a complex org.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on enterprise transformation and people implications.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop integrated people strategies.
• Define organizational design and workforce strategies aligned with evolving operating models.
• Drive enterprise change management strategies and adoption.
• Collaborate with sponsors to define scope, deliverables, resources, success measures, and governance.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and stakeholder accountability.
• Identify transformation risks and mitigation strategies.
• Foster AI-enabled workforce readiness and capability development.
