Magna Search Group seeks a Director, HR Solutions to design and deploy AI-powered HR workflows for large enterprises. You will work with Product and Engineering to translate HR challenges into scalable automation across payroll, benefits, time tracking, and employee lifecycle processes.

This role demands senior HR Transformation expertise, hands-on HR technology leadership, and strong executive communication. Remote US with ~20% travel.

Formación

• 10+ years in HR Operations, Transformation, or HR Tech leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise HR transformations for large firms.
• Deep payroll, benefits, time tracking, and lifecycle process knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• AI Product Development: design AI agents to automate HR workflows.
• Enterprise Implementations: configure and integrate AI in HR environments.
• Customer Solutions & Pre-Sales: engage CHROs to show business value.
• HR Transformation: identify inefficiencies and create scalable automations.
• HR Technology: work across Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, UKG.
• Solutions Strategy: shape HR product roadmap and automation opportunities.
