Lumen is seeking a Director of HR Solutions to shape and drive strategic people transformation initiatives across AI-enabled work models and evolving operating structures. You will partner with business leaders, COEs, and People Strategists to enable enterprise transformation and workforce readiness.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in organizational design, workforce transformation, change management and related disciplines.
• 4+ years of direct or matrixed leadership experience.
• Experience assessing and addressing people implications of transformation (org redesign, operating models, workforce planning).
• Knowledge of generative AI and AI agents and impact on workforce design.
