Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with org design and workforce transformation.
• 4+ years of direct or matrixed leadership experience.
• Experience assessing and addressing people implications of transformation.
• Deep expertise in organizational design and effectiveness with governance and diagnostics.
• Working knowledge of generative AI and AI agents and their workforce impact.
• Strong executive relationship-building and stakeholder influence across complex orgs.
• Analytical skills and business acumen with data-driven decision making.
• High learning agility and ability to thrive in ambiguity and change.
• Self-motivated leader with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders on enterprise transformation, including AI-enabled work models.
• Advise on people implications of AI adoption: capability development, workforce planning, role redesign.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop integrated people strategies for transformation.
• Develop and execute organizational design and workforce strategies aligned with operating models.
• Lead enterprise change management ensuring readiness, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with sponsors and teams to define scope, deliverables, and governance.
• Drive timely delivery of milestones and stakeholder meetings; ensure accountability.
• Identify transformation risks and integrate employee engagement and capability-building.
