Job summary
Lumen Technologies is seeking a Director of HR Solutions to lead strategic people transformation initiatives that enable enterprise change, AI-enabled workflows, and evolving operating models. You will partner with business leaders, COEs, and HR Strategists to drive workforce readiness and organizational effectiveness.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, assess people implications, and guide design and change adoption across a large, matrixed organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders on enterprise transformation and AI-enabled change.
- Advise on people implications of AI adoption, workforce design, and capability development.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop integrated people strategies and organizational design.
- Drive change management and organizational readiness for sustained transformation.
- Collaborate with sponsors and teams to define scope, milestones, and governance.
