Job summary
Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead multi-site pharmacy fulfillment, spanning inventory, cold chain, dispensing, verification, and shipping. You will shape strategy, optimize processes, and build a resilient organization with cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes patient-centric operations and scalable growth across locations.
The candidate will have a Pharm.D. or B.S.
Qualifications
- Licensed pharmacist in the relevant state or eligible for reciprocity within 4 months.
- Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist preferred.
- 4–5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Redesign operations and implement business strategies to increase service levels and efficiencies.
- Oversee Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing needs based on trends and forecasts.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and reporting capabilities.
- Develop strategic plans for infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel to support growth.
- Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience.
- Monitor KPIs and report to Pharmacy Managers and Executives.
