The ideal candidate has 15-20 years in electrical engineering with at least 5 years in leadership, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of electrical engineering experience.
• At least five years of leadership experience.
• Experience in MV/HV systems and related protection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Design Engineering team and oversee electrical design for capital projects.
• Develop and maintain electrical design standards and libraries.
• Support operations with technology upgrades and risk assessments.
• Lead FEL activities and mentor SMEs.
• Engage external engineering partners and manage technical scopes.
