Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering/Science (Electrical Engineering) from an accredited institution.
- 15–20 years of electrical engineering experience with at least five years in leadership.
- Experience with MV/HV systems (switchgear, transformers, MCCs) and electrical design for large facilities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Discipline/Design Engineering: manage, prioritize, and assign work across the Electrical Engineering team and SMEs.
- Capital Projects: lead electrical infrastructure design engineering for capital projects.
- Technical Programs: lead technical programs of strategic importance to the company.
- Develop and maintain Reworld's electrical specifications/design standards library.
- Provide engineering support to operations and evaluate technology upgrades.
