Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and agency workflows. Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency
• Active Property & Casualty License required
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable process improvements
• Strong workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource management experience
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and performance
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality
• Analyze workflow issues and implement corrective actions
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and efficiency
• Coordinate with Managed Services to align resources with goals
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and technology tools
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation efforts
• Collaborate with producers, operations teams, and leadership to drive results
• Optimize use of EPIC, reporting tools, and other tech to improve consistency
• Lead change management and professional development to sustain improvements
