Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operational initiatives, standardize workflows, and optimize client service delivery. The role partners with divisional leadership to drive efficiency, manage scale, and support M&A integration while ensuring high performance across Commercial P&C operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of leadership with an active P&C license and CPCU/CIC designation preferred, in a large brokerage setting.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• Ability to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Lines strategy and align with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Drive process improvements to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
