Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead strategy and operations on a national level. The role partners with Divisional and Regional Leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support M&A integration while delivering exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates will hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation (or equivalent), and have 5–7+ years of commercial lines leadership in a large broker/agency.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Lines Strategy: develop and execute initiatives to strengthen operations and performance.
• Operational Excellence: identify challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Workflow Standardization: promote standardized workflows and best practices.
• Process Optimization: lead improvement initiatives for productivity and quality.
• Root Cause Analysis: evaluate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Workforce Planning: analyze staffing and capacity to support growth.
• M&A Integration Support: assist with integration planning and standardization.
• Systems & Technology Optimization: optimize EPIC and related tools for performance.
