Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. This role partners with divisional leadership to drive workflow standardization, process improvement, and scalability while supporting producers, account teams, and leaders in delivering exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license with CPCU or CIC designations and 5–7+ years of leadership experience in a large insurance brokerage or agency.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy in partnership with leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Promote standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation efforts.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, systems, and industry best practices.
