Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategies with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Analyze metrics and drive performance enhancements.
• Support merger & acquisition integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to ensure client service excellence.
• Leverage EPIC and other systems for optimization.
