Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy to strengthen operations and service delivery.
• Identify and implement scalable workflow standards and process improvements.
• Lead workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource management.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and operational transformation.
• Promote EPIC and related technology to improve performance.
