Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations and drive performance across the P&C business. This role partners with divisional leaders to standardize processes, optimize workflows, and deliver exceptional client service while supporting growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of leadership in commercial lines, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations, with experience in large brokerages, M&A integration, and data-driven

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, and processes.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive results in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with Divisional/Regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation.
