Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. The role partners with regional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize performance, and guide strategic initiatives across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large brokerage or agency and hold an active P&C license, with CPCU/CIC designation strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with Divisional and Regional Leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and quality.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Support M&A integration initiatives through operational assessments and workflow alignment.
