Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. The role focuses on standardizing workflows, optimizing processes, and partnering with leadership to advance corporate objectives across regions.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage, an active P&C license, and a CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop Commercial Lines strategy and initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement, productivity, and capacity planning.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
• Promote EPIC utilization and technology-driven improvements.
