Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. The role emphasizes workflow standardization, process optimization, and collaboration with executives to drive performance and shareholder value.

The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years in a similar leadership role within a large brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and consistency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Align Managed Services with organizational goals.
• Serve as national SME on Commercial P&C operations and systems.
• Support M&A integration and organizational transformation.
