Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. This senior role partners with leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and drive growth while enabling exceptional client service across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license with CPCU/CIC preferred and has 5–7+ years in a leadership role within a large broker/agency, with strong change leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership in a large brokerage.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows across the organization.
• Lead process optimization and workforce planning.
