Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to advance objectives, optimize efficiency, and drive shareholder value across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation or equivalent, and 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large brokerage or agency, with a strong track

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with root cause analysis and sustainable process improvements.
• Workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource management.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.
• EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive results in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
