Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. The role partners with division and regional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and drive scalable operations, including M&A integration initiatives and strategic guidance for producers and accounts.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Property & Casualty license, CPCU/CIC preferred, and 5–7+ years of leadership within a large brokerage.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license required; CPCU and/or CIC strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Lines strategy and operations with divisional/regional partners.
• Drive workflow standardization and process optimization across the organization.
• Support M&A integration, operational transformation, and integration planning.
• Collaborate with producers, account teams, and leadership to improve service and shareholder value.
• Promote effective use of EPIC, workflows, and reporting tools.
