The role partners with divisional leadership to optimize service delivery, scalability, and profitability across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years of leadership in Commercial Lines within a large broker/agency, holds an active P&C license, and preferably CPCU/CIC, with deep knowledge of agency

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify and implement scalable process improvements and workflow standardization.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
• Promote effective use of EPIC and related systems to improve performance.
