Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations and optimize client service across the brokerage. The role partners with regional leadership to improve efficiency and performance in Commercial P&C.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, CPCU or CIC designation, and 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large agency or brokerage. Remote work is preferred, with some onsite as needed in CST hours.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty License required and CPCU/CIC designation strongly preferred.
• Experience driving workflow standardization, process optimization, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategies with senior leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead workflow standardization and process improvement across the organization.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and transition activities.
• Collaborate with producers, operations teams, and leadership to deliver client value.
