Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations and drive performance across the brokerage. You will partner with regional leadership to standardize workflows, improve service delivery, and scale operations while maximizing shareholder value.

The role requires 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred. Remote work is available with occasional onsite as needed in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading change in a matrixed organization.

• Develop and implement Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable improvements.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process optimization to boost productivity and client outcomes.
