Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and agency best practices. The role partners with senior leadership to drive standardization, efficiency, and scalable processes across the brokerage.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred. Remote work is available with occasional on-site requirements depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage/agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives to strengthen operations and service delivery.
• Lead workflow standardization, process improvement, and capacity planning across the organization.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and operational transformation efforts.
