Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. The role emphasizes collaboration with divisional leadership to align strategy, standardize workflows, and drive efficiency across the brokerage.

Remote work is preferred with potential hybrid onsite needs for certain regions. The ideal candidate will have a P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation (preferred), and 5–7+ years of senior leadership in Commercial Lines at a large brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and reduce variation.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and planning.
• Promote use of EPIC and related technology to improve performance.
