Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize workflows across regions. The role partners with senior leadership to improve service delivery, governance, and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has a P&C license and 5–7+ years in large brokerage operations, with CPCU/CIC preferred. Remote work is preferred with potential onsite needs per policy.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years of operational leadership in commercial lines within a large brokerage/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization is essential.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategies with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead M&A integration planning and post-merger integration efforts.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive performance.
• Leverage EPIC and other systems for operational optimization.
