Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with divisional leadership to improve operations.
• Standardize workflows and processes across the organization.
• Lead process improvement to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Provide guidance on EPIC utilisation and technology optimization.
• Support merger and acquisition (M&A) integration and operational transformation.
