Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in the commercial P&C space. Remote work is preferred with quarterly on-site needs; role partners with senior leaders to standardize workflows and improve service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC or equivalent. Expertise in EPIC and M&A integration is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to improve operations.
• Identify and implement scalable workflows and best practices.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling for growth.
• Drive process improvement and root cause analysis for sustained gains.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to enable success.
• Oversee M&A integration activities and operational alignment.
• Promote EPIC usage and leverage technology to enhance performance.
• Ensure high-quality client service and shareholder value.
