Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations from a remote-capable role. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations, partnering with regional leaders to standardize workflows and scale results.

This role emphasizes strategic advisory, change leadership, and M&A integration support, with a focus on service quality, process improvement, and workforce

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with Divisional/Regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and quality.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to raise productivity and consistency.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with producers, accounts teams, and leadership to drive outcomes.
• Promote EPIC and other systems to improve performance.
