Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operational efforts in a large brokerage. The role partners with regional leadership to standardize workflows, scale operations, and improve client service.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in Commercial Lines leadership, an active P&C license, CPCU or CIC, and EPIC experience. The position supports fully remote work with occasional on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license; CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to advance Commercial Lines objectives.
• Drive workflow standardization, process improvement, and workforce planning.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
• Lead change management and ensure adoption of new processes across the organization.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, systems, and best practices.
