Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director of Commercial Lines to lead national operations and standardize workflows. This role partners with divisional leaders to drive excellence in client service, efficiency, and growth across a large agency network.

The ideal candidate has a strong P&C background, active license, CPCU/CIC preferred, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a major brokerage. Remote work is available with occasional onsite requirements within policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leaders.
• Identify operational challenges and scale solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Drive workforce planning and capacity for growth.
