Job summary
Aya Healthcare is seeking a Director, Client Optimization - Locums to deepen relationships with hospital and health system clients and grow Aya's locums offerings. This remote role focuses on understanding client needs and delivering value through strategic solutions.
You will lead QBRs, coordinate with the fulfillment team, and build long-term partnerships while expanding market share within current accounts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development experience in the locums staffing industry.
- 7+ years as a top performer within business.
- Proven ability to win and sustain enterprise-level staffing contracts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a region of current clients to upsell services.
- Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Coordinate with fulfillment to ensure timely filling of open positions.
- Grow market share with existing clients and expand relationships.
- Qualify new sales opportunities through discovery of business opportunities.
- Build strategic plans with key stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Demonstrate value of Aya’s technology and drive orders through the system.
- Track and report sales metrics for accountability and performance.
- Stay abreast of staffing market trends and competitors.
