Aya Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director, Client Engagement to build relationships with hospitals and health systems remotely. You will win new business by presenting Aya’s staffing services and software to decision-makers and maintaining a robust pipeline across national accounts.

The role emphasizes strategic engagement with healthcare leadership, enterprise-level staffing programs, and a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes while working from a remote base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the staffing industry preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as a top performer in business development required.
• Insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed.
• Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business.
• Experience selling enterprise-level staffing programs to healthcare leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya Healthcare.
• Convey Aya Healthcare’s value proposition to key decision makers to secure new business.
• Demonstrate and present Aya Healthcare’s services and software to healthcare organizations.
• Identify and contact healthcare organizations to win their business.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients.
• Navigate and communicate with all levels of healthcare leadership.
• Educate prospective healthcare organizations about Aya’s differentiated services and software.
• Generate leads through various channels and referrals.
