Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, nursing or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Seven or more years in healthcare business development, strategic sales, consulting, staffing, workforce solutions or health-system partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market-development strategies that drive new business, revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
- Identify healthcare organizations facing labor-costs, staffing shortages, or workforce challenges.
- Present Aya as a strategic workforce partner, not just a staffing vendor.
- Lead discovery meetings, executive presentations, demonstrations and proposals.
- Partner with Business Development to build business cases showing measurable value.
