Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Locums Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters, coaching them to achieve KPIs and improve performance. The role drives data‑driven insights, supports issue resolution, and partners with clients to optimize the locum tenens lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in locum tenens staffing, proven leadership of a recruitment team, and a track record in a metrics‑driven environment, with a client‑centered mindset and a strong motivation to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or direct industry substitution.
• Minimum 2 years in Locum Tenens staffing with team guidance.
• Experience managing a recruitment team in Locum Tenens.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular one‑on‑one meetings with recruiters to review KPIs, PRE/WOR providers, assist with issues, and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in driving individual and team performance to meet and exceed performance metrics
• Review and utilize reporting to facilitate one‑on‑one meetings and team meetings, ensuring data and insights guide decision‑making
• Discuss the well‑being of your team members and foster a positive work environment
• Communicate expectations for yourself and your direct reports to align with goals and values
• Respond promptly to questions from team and clients, delivering exceptional service
• Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining your own recruitment desk
• Serve as escalation point for clinician issues and client relations
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in all interactions
• Use strategic thinking to solve problems and drive improvement
• Understand Locum Tenens processes and optimize outcomes
• Set and track weekly to quarterly goals with your team
• Take on additional duties to support growth of the recruiting team and company.
