Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Director, Market Development to identify and expand strategic relationships with healthcare organizations across assigned markets. This role requires engaging senior executives and translating workforce challenges into measurable solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, nursing or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare business development, strategic sales, consulting, staffing or workforce solutions.
• Proven success selling complex solutions to hospitals/health systems.
• Ability to influence senior executives across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, labor economics and workforce strategy.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market and nationally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute market-development strategies that drive new business, revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders in nursing, HR, finance, operations, supply chain and clinical services.
• Identify healthcare organizations experiencing labor-cost and staffing challenges and position Aya solutions as strategic partners.
• Lead consultative discovery meetings, executive presentations, demonstrations, proposal development and negotiations.
• Develop executive-level business cases with Business Development to demonstrate measurable value and cost improvements.
• Monitor labor-market trends and emerging client needs; represent Aya at conferences and industry events.
