Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Locums Recruiting Manager to lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team across the Locum Tenens lifecycle. You will coach via KPIs and data-driven insights, driving performance and collaboration with team members and clients.

The role partners with the team to optimize recruiting, manage up to 4 direct reports, handle escalations, and deliver exceptional service to clinicians and facilities. Aya offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
• Minimum 2 years of Locum Tenens staffing experience
• Direct experience managing a recruitment team within Locum Tenens
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales role
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review KPIs and assist with issues
• Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed metrics
• Review and utilize reporting to guide decision-making
• Discuss team well-being and foster a positive work environment
• Communicate clear expectations to direct reports
• Respond promptly to questions from team and clients with strong service
• Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining your recruitment desk
• Serve as escalation point for clinician issues and client relationships
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in all interactions
• Use strategic thinking to solve problems and drive improvements
• Understand Locum Tenens staffing processes and goals to optimize them
• Set and track weekly, monthly, quarterly goals with your team
• Take on additional duties to support growth of recruiting team
