The role blends strategic roadmap development with hands-on problem solving, guiding a distributed team to deliver scalable, personalized customer experiences across enterprise marketing. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing operations or related fields.
• Experience leading teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and production processes.
• Ability to translate marketer requirements into scalable capabilities.
• Proven track record of improving campaign velocity, quality, and time-to-market.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise campaign operations strategy and governance.
• Build a scalable production model using internal teams, self-service, and external resources.
• Establish templates, workflows, and reusable components for consistency.
• Measure and improve campaign timelines, velocity, quality, and predictability.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements across the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain capability roadmaps for personalization and automation.
• Lead governance for platform configurations, data usage, and security across tools.
