Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy, operating model, and service framework.
• Lead a production model blending internal teams, self-service, and external partners.
• Establish standards, workflows, templates, and reusable campaign components.
• Drive measurement of timelines, velocity, throughput, quality, and reliability.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements across the campaign lifecycle.
• Build capabilities roadmap aligned with growth objectives and governance.
