Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise campaign operations strategy and governance.
• Build a scalable production model with internal teams and partners.
• Drive time-to-market, quality, and campaign velocity improvements.
• Lead capability roadmap for personalization and automation.
• Govern platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Workfront.
• Partner with Marketing, Revenue, Digital, and Product leaders.
