Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign operations in complex enterprises.
• Experience leading teams and building scalable campaign production or marketing automation models.
• Strong understanding of personalization, segmentation, customer journeys, testing, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy, operating model, production processes, governance, and service model.
• Build and optimize a production model combining internal teams, marketer self-service, and external resources.
• Establish planning standards, templates, workflows, and reusable components for consistent quality.
