Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or related marketing technology and production functions.
• Proven ability to build and operate scalable campaign production models in complex enterprises.
• Strong understanding of personalization, segmentation, customer journeys, testing, and campaign optimization.
• Experience translating business needs into technology, process, or automation solutions.
• Experience leading internal production teams and external agencies or managed services.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills to drive prioritization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy, operating model, and production processes.
• Lead a team to enable scalable campaign execution, personalization, and automation capabilities.
• Partner with Marketing, Revenue, and Product leaders to align investments with growth objectives.
• Govern campaign platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront, Data 360) and ensure security and integration.
• Build dashboards and reporting on production workflow, velocity, and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in time-to-market, quality, and efficiency.
